On 1st October, we held an event to celebrate the first anniversary of The Haven, our safe, overnight space for vulnerable and homeless women in Cambridge city centre. Our sincere thanks to The Fellows House Cambridge for hosting us.

This was the first such event we had organised, and it was an opportunity for some of our amazing supporters (both old and new) to hear how, through partnership and collaboration, we can drive real and lasting change for those experiencing homelessness in Cambridge.
A montage of four photos from the event at Fellows House. The top left shows Matt speaking to the delegates about his lived experience. Top right is Lis and the Mayor of Cambridge. Bottom left is a photo of the ITAC team. Bottom right Lis delivers her speech.
Our CEO, Elisabeth Silver, gave a bit of background on how ITAC grew from being a ‘task and finish’ collaboration group pre-COVID, to delivering vital services in the city. Lis also provided the latest news on our various projects and future aspirations. Matt Nelson, our Coordinator spoke about his own lived experience of homelessness.

We’ve only just started. If you or your organisation would like to be part of shaping the next chapter, now is the time to get involved. Together we can achieve amazing results.
