There are a number of projects and initiatives for which It Takes A City advocates. This support can take a variety of forms, including staff resources, facilitating meetings and help with communications.

Charter

The Cambridge Homelessness Charter is a movement, hosted by ITAC, consisting of many stakeholders with the common goal of ending homelessness in Cambridge.

Community Land Trust

Joy’s Corner, Cambridge, welcomed its first resident at the end of 2024, and by March 2025, the three other occupants had moved in.

Women’s Homelessness

The Women’s Homelessness Action Group (WHAG) came together following a workshop held at It Takes A City’s (ITAC’s) foundational summit on homelessness in November 2018.
